Imposter Syndrome: I feel Like I’m never enough.
Perhaps you’re struggling with self-doubt, perfectionism, feeling undeserved of compliments, fear of exposure, believing that luck, timing or help up the ladder are the real reasons behind your achievements.
➤ That voice in your head, the one that tells you you’re not smart enough, successful enough, or good enough. It didn’t appear out of nowhere.
Often, self-doubt starts early from childhood or formative years. Maybe praise was always conditional. Maybe criticism felt louder than love and acceptance.
➤ Low self-worth isn’t about weakness. It’s a reflection of messages you absorbed-messages in the past that were not always fair or true.
➤ You are not a problem to be fixed. Therapy isn’t about forcing yourself to think positively. It’s about understanding where that inner critic came from and learning how to speak to yourself with the kindness you never received.
