About Therapy
Space for: Reflection + Self-Awareness + Understanding + Clarity + New Ways of Thinking + Emotional Resilience + Self-Compassion + Authenticity
You may be facing difficulties in life that are just too big to manage on your own. Anxiety that won’t switch off. Overthinking that keeps you awake. Sadness, guilt or anger slowly wearing you down.
You may have been pushing through for months or years, telling yourself it’s just how life is. It doesn’t have to be. Together, we can build resilience, reconnect with who you are beyond work and family and move from surviving to a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.
If this resonates, a short, no-pressure conversation is a good place to start:
Step 1: Reach out by sending a message through the form, by email or by text-whatever feels easiest.
Step 2: Free 20-minute chat-I’ll reply within 24 hours to arrange a phone or video call to talk about what’s going on and whether working together feels right.
Step 3: Begin at your pace: Sessions are offered in Weybridge or online across the U.K, shaped around your unique needs and circumstances.
Through a safe reflective space, we will spend time exploring your thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns, helping you develop a stronger sense of self, healthier relationships and emotional resilience.
My clinical practice works with a wide range of presentations including, trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, burnout, identity, low self-worth, grief, shame, guilt, anger, attachment, childhood adversities, people pleasing, relationship conflict, infidelity, betrayal, sexual abuse, emotional abuse and life transitions.
About Me
Hello and welcome. I am a BACP registered integrative counsellor and psychotherapist based in Weybridge, Surrey, serving clients across Walton-on-Thames, Hersham, Addlestone, Woking and beyond.
I specialise in working with individuals and professionals who are struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, overthinking, emotional pressures and relationship challenges. My clients are often people who are functioning on the outside but carrying a lot on the inside — the kind of people who are good at holding things together until they're not.
I have a legal background and over 20 years experience working as a social entrepreneur and over 10 years as a non-executive director for a financial services institution.
I've worked within NHS talking therapies and now run my own private practice, which means I bring experience across a wide range of presentations and backgrounds. I also bring a culturally aware perspective, considering the psychological impact of race, identity and culture where it's helpful to your therapy.
I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their ethical code. I'm fully insured, registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), and attend monthly clinical supervision in accordance with best practice.
