I invite you to contact me and offer an initial 20 minute telephone or video session free of charge. During this call, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, how therapy can help and questions you may have. I will also share my way of working as I believe it is important for clients to choose a therapist they feel comfortable with. I work relationally and believe the therapeutic relationship is integral to a successful therapy outcome where you are able to develop self-awareness, authenticity and emotional resilience.

Your gut instinct is key and if you feel we make a good fit, we can then schedule your first session. My hope is that we build a trusting relationship based on mutual respect and acceptance.
