Talk therapy: My counselling approach is integrative, meaning I work with different skills and therapeutic modalities, that supports your unique needs and circumstances. I also give space to reflect on faith and spirituality where it’s to important you.


I offer counselling to address short-term work which tends to be solution-focused around current issues,  to develop coping strategies or adjust to life changing events.


I also offer psychotherapy which usually involves longer term work, exploring deeper, long standing emotional difficulties, behaviour patterns and relational issues which often work with unconscious processes  and early experiences.
